Baby Isaac!

Halloween!!! While we both enjoyed our time as trick-or-treaters, we agree that Halloween is one of the holidays that we are enjoying more as parents. Watching Cannon run from home to home saying trick-or-treat and then racing into the strangers home made us laugh. Even after our cowboy developed a slight gait (he twisted his ankle and limped) he kept running. We asked him if he wanted to go home and he said "a more candy first, a more trick or treats."

Here is the most updated photos of the family. This is Cannon at 2 years and Carsen at 9 months. Although the photos turned out well, this day was taxing with everyone except Jaush crying at some point during the photo shoot. We love our little kids they are so great! Well as many of you know, and for those of you that dont, we are expecting our third child this coming December. We found out recently that it will be a boy and to relieve the stress of any and all parties concerned we have decided to share the name before his birth instead of after. As stated by the title we are looking forward to bringing Isaac into our home and we are grateful for his little spirit. For those wondering about the names....Isaac because we like it, and Schoenfeldt for a family name from Amy's side. Well, below obviously is his first picture.

Well in July, we left Flagstaff and embarked on a fun Brewer Family vacation in Yellowstone. We had a great time with everyone from Jaush's family (Mom and Dad Brewer, Brandi, David, Lincoln, Henry, Dan and Tina). Cannon loved playing with Lincoln, even when they were both in time-out! We stayed up late talking and playing games, we went to the rodeo, we went white-water rafting (adults no kids), we saw plenty of animals (Cannon's favorite was the Bus-a-foe), we went to Playmill Theatre, and enjoyed fishing and spending time together. Thank you for a great time!

Well its time for another update. Jaush, Amy and the kids are enjoying the time off this summer with each other. On top of the excitement of the move and school/new job, we are taking advantage of the time to go PARTY! We have almost every bit of time locked up doing something fun this summer....We kicked it off with Lake Powell.....

Well here we go..... Since our last post (sometime in April) we have had a lot of exciting things happen (including the whole month of May!). We will attach a file of pictures since apparently they are worth a thousand words each, making for less typing and less reading.

Simply put, the sale of our home went through in Tucson, we miss it dearly, and simultaneously the purchase of our Townhome in Flagstaff was succesful as well. Although we were aware that we had many possessions (because we had to box everything up), it was brought to the forefront as we discovered that the 26 foot rental truck we packed beyond capacity was not enough (not even close) to move everything. So we rented a second truck (16 feet) and barely were able to close the doors on that. Somehow we made it to Flagstaff and it somehow fit into the garage. Many thanks to those that helped. (Mom & Dad Goldthorpe, Mark, Trevin, Jason, Quinten, Dennis & his home teaching companion, and our realtor with her family!)

We love our home in Flagstaff! We spent the first few weeks of May doing the following: Painting, dry-wall repair, minor electric repair, installing fans, removing wallpaper, Painting, ripping out carpet, screwing down the floorboards (no more squeaking), cutting doors to fit the new carpet, re-sealing windows and bathtubs, Painting, and moving everything from the garage!. Good times.

Many of you have heard that April showers bring May flowers, but in Flagstaff you have to account for May snow! Yah we thought it would be cooler weather here, but give us a break! It was 100 degrees the day we moved from Tucson to Flagstaff and we thought 60-70 would be cooler, not 30!

May also included some pretty cool events: Jaush got older, We were married for another year (4), had a baby blessing and graduations to attend.

Cannon has loved being able to go ooooutside by himself (no coyotes, bobcats, javelina, etc) to worry about. Carsen enjoys her new found mobility and crawls everywhere. She is so excited to be a big girl and pulls herself up on everything (she is crazy). With Amy's sister Cori living in town we have been able to spend time with them and Cannon loves his cousins. We are looking forward to new adventures and especially for our fun filled summer to come.

On a different note, we will try to be better at updating, but as you can tell we were slammed busy. In fact we just got the computer up last week, thats right - 1 month living out of the garage and suitcases! Again look for the pictures we are posting with this and perhaps between the pictures and this text, you will have an idea of the crazy month we have just had.

Dad with the kids. They just love him. Now that he's home a LOT more... Cannon doesn't ask anymore, "Dad, work?" He's funny. Now he asks, "Mama, work?" He's just so confused!!! Who's going to work!!!

Our sweet babies! Carsen just adores Cannon! It is soooo fun to watch her just giggle with him and stare at him like he's the best thing around! Well....he's one of two best things around!!!

Moving....

Well, we are moving. Its something we do every 2 years or so. Jaush gets a bug in him and decides to move closer to work, or school, or work and now again school. So we are boxing up all the stuff and heading on up the road. After having lived in the Phoenix Metro and now Tucson, we feel that moving to Flagstaff will give us the ability to properly evaluate the pros and cons of living in the beautiful state of Arizona.
So Flagstaff....Jaush is going to persue his MBA with an accounting/finance focus. We will be there for 2 years. That fits us perfectly, since as you all now know we enjoy boxing up our life and moving every 2 years. Flagstaff also fits us for another wonderful reason....Amy was born there! So after having two children born in Tucson (same hospital as Jaush) Amy is excited to have a child in Flagstaff at the same hospital she was born in (maybe twins ehh? just to make it even, ha ha). No that is not an anouncement, but if we have it our way, sometime between now and May 2010 (Graduation) we look forward to adding to the family.
So Moving, we are boxing up our life, saying peace out to Tucson and our Beautifull Home. Cannon is saying goodbye to his friends at the zoo and we are leaving. Moving is bittersweet...sad to leave happy memories and a home where the children were brought home to, yet it is exciting to look forward to the future and the coming adventures.
